In practice, separate IRA and Farm Bill funding pools mean that farmers hoping to implement Climate Smart Agriculture and Forestry (CSAF) practices, conservation activities that have long been available in EQIP and CSP, will receive funding from the IRA pool created within the conservation program they apply to.
