A gap year of just travelling didn’t feel right, so he took a job on a palm oil plantation in Papua New Guinea. The large pasture is securely fenced and split into individual paddocks separated by electric fencing. The farm is small and the available pasture is enough for 35 cow-and-calf pairs and youngstock.
